Grape varieties

100% Verdejo (a white variety typically grown in Toro). Coming from vineyards between 20 and 45 years old, these older vines areplanted with low density and give small yields, producing wines with good concentration and a strong character.

Elaboration

Destalked grapes are pressed and then fermented at low temperatures, allowing a pure expression of grape varieties.

Tasting notes

Light yellow with greenish hues, clean and brilliant. Intense aromas with a hint of fine herbs and memories of pineapple on a background of citrus. Very clean, crisp and bursting with frutal in the mouth.
