85% "Tinta de Toro" and 15% Garnacha.
Elaboration
Destalked grapes and short maceration on the skins (2-5 hours). The grapes are pressed and the must is fermented at low temperatures.
Tasting notes
Clean and bright, raspberry pink colour. Strawberry and redcurrant aromas. Fresh and well-balanced in the mouth.
