Elaboration

Controlled fermentation and a long maceration period in stainless steel tanks.

Aging

Aged for 22 months in French and American oak barrels. The time in oak allows for a natural stabilization and clarification of the wine.

Tasting notes

Deep red with brick nuances. Dark fruit aromas and noticeable spicy notes from the time spent in barrel. Meaty, elegant and powerful. Well balanced with ripe and persistent tannins.
