How to buy

 

Before you start shopping the user must be registered.

To purchase products in their standard packages or boxes, you must select by clicking on the corresponding picture, and then choose the number of bottles or boxes you want.

The virtual shopping basket will include the selected item (in Euros and VAT included). The indicated price does not include shipping costs that may be generated and which vary depending on the destination and weight of the final order.

For placing the order personal data and billing details (if the customer wants invoice), and also delivery details, are requested. This will be incorporated into our database with the aim to process the order and facilitate purchases in the future.

In the private area "My account", you can view and modify your personal details, and access to the purchase history.

It is important that personal details are indicated with total precision to avoid problem deliveries.

Once all the necessary details are filled, and before ending the process, you will see the shipping address. Once you select the shipping address, you will see a summary of the items purchased, total price (if appropriate transportation, and taxes), and the shipping address indicated. The order will have to confirm by clicking on the "OK" button. Purchases may be paid by credit card or debit card (Visa and Mastercard), by Paypal or by payment through bank transfer.

In payments with credit card or debit card, the charge will be online, in real time, through the payment gateway of the financial institution concerned, once they are satisfied that the recorded data are correct.

For payments via PayPal, directly through PayPal's platform, and always with the highest level of security, as stated in the section "Payment and security".

After the transaction, the financial institution will communicate if payment has been accepted, amount charged, card number used for the first 12 digits with asterisk, date and time and order number.

In the event of the occurrence of any incident (of any kind) in the payment process, the fact will be reflected immediately on the website.

Once payment is authorized, keep the order number provided by the payment gateway, will serve for any possible query regarding the same.

In certain cases and to prevent fraud, Bodegas Riojanas S.A. reserves the option to request a specific payment method in the case of non evidencing the identity of the buyer.

Transportation

 

Where do we deliver?

In all Spanish provinces, both mainland and island. Orders outside Spain are managed through info@bodegasriojanas.com or phone 941 454 050.

Deadline

In the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands it is within 3 to 4 working days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).

For shipments to the Canary Islands, it is 7 to 10 business days. The period begins to run from 9:00 am the next day (working) the receipt and payment of the order.

*It may be that sometimes all areas are not available for shipping. For shipments to areas not available, please contact us.

Breakages or incidents

From the customer service department Storage Riojanas, we closely monitor shipments, to try to give the best possible service. It is important to fully check the packaging upon receipt of order, and if you notice moisture or symptoms of a rupture occurred, do not accept the shipment and please contact our customer service at 941 454 050 or through info@bodegasriojanas.com, or leave recorded the impact on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service department through the means mentioned above. In the case that at the time of delivery there is nobody at home, the carrier will leave a note with a phone you can call to arrange delivery.

Transport costs

Freight rates are available on the Web. These rates include freight and insurance VAT included and insurance to avoid damage. The price of transportation is automatically included on the order. You can consult the following link:

Personal data security

 

To buy through www.bodegasriojanas.es, the user must pre-register and acquire the status of Customer. The data will be stored in the database of the company Bodegas Riojanas S.A. residing at C/ Doctor Ruiz de Azcarraga 1-21 Cenicero (La Rioja) CIF A26000389, whose purpose is to process customer order and facilitate the speed and comfort on your next purchases.

They will also be used, provided the customer agrees, to send information and offers of interest.
