Incompliance with Law 12/2010 of 30 June amending, among others, Article 117.2 of the Securities Market Law, RIOJANAS BODEGAS, SA will set up an Electronic Shareholder Forum on the occasion of the holding of each General Meeting.

The Forum will aim to facilitate communication of the shareholders prior to the holding of theGeneral Meetings, and serve as a tool for publishing proposals that seek to include as part of the agenda, membership applications to, initiativesreach the percentage required to exercise minority rights or solicitations.
